All orders to the value of $150 or more are shipped via Australia Post for FREE!
Orders under $150 incur a flat rate of $10 and will be sent via Australia Post. Standard Delivery estimated time frame within Australia is 3-5 business days.
Orders are processed and posted the same day if the order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.

We happily accept returns on full-priced items for either an exchange (subject to availability) or a Bestique Store Credit.
To be eligible for a return:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Once approved, your return must be received by us within 10 days.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant, perfume, pet hair and any marks.
- Footwear must be returned in its original box without damage.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your exchange (if requested and available) or issue a Bestique Store Credit via email for the value of the returned item.
Store Credits:
- Never expire.
- Are non-refundable.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Can be used both online and in-store.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked postage service, as Bestique cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to offer exchanges on full-priced items, subject to stock availability.
