Shipping policy

All orders to the value of $150 or more are shipped via Australia Post for FREE! 

Orders under $150 incur a flat rate of $10 and will be sent via Australia Post. Standard Delivery estimated time frame within Australia is 3-5 business days. 

Orders are processed and posted the same day if the order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your items to request a return.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a store credit. We DO NOT offer refunds, so please be mindful when purchasing.

This does not apply to sale items. All sale items are final and not available for return or exchange.

Please keep in mind, for us to accept your return, the below requirements must be met:

The item is unworn, brand new condition with no marks or stains (including makeup, spray tan, dog hair etc) with original packaging.

We are more than happy to exchange any of our items if the item does not fit, Please keep in mind to accept any return the above requirements must be met. In the event that the exchange item is out of stock, we will provide you with store credit.

In the unlikely case of an item being faulty, we will happily provide you with a full refund or an exchange.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery, with a description of the fault and pictures as proof

Please note: BESTIQUE reserve the right to refuse a return if upon inspection the item is not in the original condition.
